NOURISH @ NOONISH

Break up your busy day with this 1-hour lunchtime Zoom class designed to bring balance, energy, and calm into your afternoon. Whether you've had a stressful morning or you're dreading the mid-afternoon slump, this class offers the perfect opportunity to recharge and reconnect with yourself.

FLEXIBLE STRENGTH

A dynamic mobility class designed to enhance muscular strength, stamina, joint mobility, and overall movement quality. By combining strong, functional movements with elements of Yoga flow, this class focuses on exercises that improve your ability to move freely and efficiently in everyday life.

Saturdays 9.30 & 11.00am

VIBRANT VINYASA

Dynamic and expressive, this Saturday morning vinyasa class focuses on building strength, balance, and vitality through the meditative state of flow. Expect a combination of sun salutations, breath work, peak postures and relaxation to leave you refreshed and energised.

PRIVATE TUITION WITH ME

I also offer private 1-2-1 and small group yoga classes (4 people max).

This is a great way to personalise yoga for your individual needs and circumstances. It supports learning at a pace that is right for you whilst focusing on areas that YOU are particularly interested in.

Private classes can centre around anything you want to work on and learn. That could be postural alignment, movement flow, yoga philosophy, meditation, relaxation and breath work. This is your time.

These sessions can take place either online via Google Meet or from your home (Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas).
