Yoga teacher, freelance dancer and just general nutter. I teach yoga and movement classes in and around Tunbridge Wells, so if that’s what you’re looking for then you’ve come to the right place

As a teacher, my soul aim is to help you feel amazing in your body!

I believe the best way to achieve this is by listening to what your body truly wants and needs.

YOGA

My yoga classes are fun, friendly and immersive. Whether you’re a new starter or a seasoned yogi I can offer you a safe space to realign, revitalise and reconnect.

DANCE

If you’re looking for a dance class that is fun, creative and liberating, then look no further. The purpose of these classes is to hold space for people to move freely in their bodies, without rules or judgement.

ABOUT ME

Movement has always been a big part of my life, I’ve never been able to sit still. I channelled this energy into a movement practice and became a trained dancer and yoga teacher. I am excited to teach you all and share my passions.

Through the practices of yoga, movement, and breath-work, I support and encourage my students to listen to their bodies, trust their intuition, and embrace their inner wisdom.

Throughout my classes I encourage my students to become more aware of their bodies, so they can start trusting themselves and boosting their confidence.

I believe that true well-being comes from feeling good from the inside out, and throughout my teachings I focus on this holistic approach.
